Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the personal information you send us through the enquiry form on this website, as the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), section 18, requires.

What we collect, and from whom

Only what you type into the form: your name, email address, and if you choose to give them, your company, phone number, preferred branch, the service you want and your message. We collect it from you directly. We add no analytics or advertising trackers to this website. The branch maps are embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when they load.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry: to give you availability, a quote and the booking details for training, a medical or an eye test. We do not use it for marketing lists and we do not sell it.

Do you have to give it

It is voluntary. Your name and email address are needed so we can reply; without them the form will not send. You can always phone, email or WhatsApp us instead.

Who sees it

The form sends your enquiry as an email to our office inbox. Our CLEO staff read it to deal with your request. Our website host and our email provider process it on our behalf only to deliver that email. Their servers may be outside South Africa.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to jolivier@mycleo.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa), inforegulator.org.za.
